I loved staying at El Patio Inn; a lovely and cozy cabin looking like place, super clean, and friendly staff, great location for anything you want to do; I’ll definitely stay there again.

Let me start off by saying this hotel is not a complete waste of time. PRO: -Location: it’s a very short drive from Universal Studios -Housekeeper: They did an excellent job cleaning the place before we arrived. CON: -Parking is crammed. The two parking lanes are right behind one another and they are short, so if one vehicle is too long or isn’t pulled in all the way, good luck. There was only 1 space left and the two cars on the side and the one behind that space were sticking out so I had to park in one of the side streets by residential houses. -Limited office hours, so with that being said, there’s very little support when things like my situation happen. -in the morning, there was homeless guy smoking meth on the steps outside my room. I have stayed in hotels like this for about $40-$120 a night. The higher end is due to its location or amenities. I paid over $200 for one night. For the cons, I think that outweighs the pros and the money is best spent elsewhere.

Clean and Very convinient for universal Studios

With 3 public Wi-Fi, it was disconnected because it was outside the room. I paid a deposit of 100 dollars. They said they would return it five days after check-out, but they haven't received it yet. There was no indication of this. However, the staff is very, super kind. Except for the above, I am satisfied with the hotel that is not bad for the price.

Down the street from universal studios which was so convenient. The front desk called before I checked in to make sure I knew check in instructions, the front desk man was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Good experience and would stay again. Thank you!
