Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom holiday cottage located in the picturesque village of Bredons Norton, just a short drive away from the famous Cheltenham races. This beautifully appointed cottage offers a private and peaceful retreat, perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds. This is a lovely and spacious cottage within the village of Bredon. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms, offering ample space for up to six guests. The spacious living area boasts a cosy fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on chilly evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. The dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together, while the private garden and patio area provide a lovely outdoor space for relaxing in the sunshine. Entrance/Accessibility. - You will enter through the front door to the property when you arrive. There is space on the driveway for 3 cars. Kitchen Area - This property has a kitchen at the centre of the property which has all the essentials for your stay including; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle and Microwave. Living Area. - This property has a spacious lounge area which has a smart Tv with Netflix, there is also as a log burner for those colder nights! The lounge also provides access to the garden through the double doors. The dining area is also adjoined to the lounge which has plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms - This property has 3 bedrooms, the first has 2 single beds which is a bunk bed style. The second room you come too is a lovely double room. The final bedroom is the master bedroom which has a spacious King bed and has plenty of wardrobe space. Bathrooms - The property has one main bathroom which has an electric shower facilitated inside. There is also a W/C room. Extras - - No Pets. - This is a single level home apart from 2/3 separate steps in hallway towards the bedrooms.

A lovely space for a family getaway.
A fantastic base for me and a few friends. The place was lovely and the host was responsive and helpful.
Lovely place to stay - out of the way and peaceful. Stayed for 2 nights for a girls (mums) getaway. Relaxing and a nice little base in the countryside. Couple of small gripes but have addressed these with Guest Homes- nothing that would spoil a stay though! Guest homes are attentive and have great instructions on checking in & out.
Really comfortable, clean, and spacious home from which to explore the beautiful Cotswolds. We had a very relaxing few days and felt very much at home. The little village surrounding the house is beautiful and worth a walk around as well!
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage for the weekend. There were a couple of things that would have made it a five star stay over a four though. The first was that the property description states there is a log burner in the living room. We booked the cottage on that basis but when we turned up this was a gas fire. It didn’t ruin our stay but we probably would not have booked if we’d had know. Also the property was ice cold when we arrived. It took a good few hours for it to warm up and that was with the heating on and fire also on. By day two the property had warmed up so I assume it’s because no one had been in it for a few weeks/days. For future guests I would recommend putting some heating on in advance of their arrival if the property has been empty for a period. Overall a lovely cottage in a lovely village and we would recommend to others

For those attending the Cheltenham races, the cottage offers easy access to the racecourse, with only a short drive to reach the excitement of the races. Our 3 bedroom barn conversion is also ideally located for exploring the nearby picturesque villages of Broadway and Snowshill.
Broadway, known as the "Jewel of the Cotswolds", is a charming village with a delightful High Street lined with independent boutiques, antique shops, and art galleries. Visitors can explore the village's historic architecture, including the stunning Broadway Tower, with its panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
Snowshill, a small village famous for its lavender fields and honey-coloured stone cottages, is another must-visit destination. Guests can explore the beautiful Snowshill Manor, a 16th-century National Trust property, which boasts an impressive collection of antique objects and beautiful gardens.
After a day of exploring, return to our cosy cottage in Bredons Norton and relax in the peaceful surroundings. With its convenient location and comfortable amenities, our cottage is the perfect base for your Cotswold adventure.
For local eateries the Fox and Hound, Bredon provides great food and service. The Fleet in, Twyning set on the River Avon also comes recommended.
