My stay was marvellous! This place is a hidden gem in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Athens. Nasis was an excellent host and made me feel like home. I will recommend this to all my travelling friends and I will certainly be staying here again! 5 stars for everything!

Very dirty place. Icaria didnt inform about the broken spa in advance, when i contacted him he first lied saying it was only for people who rent the whole place, then the next day lied again to say it was only through reservation in advance. I realised the last day that it was basically a scam as i saw when the door was open, the spa room was just storage with old mattress and sanitary products. The balcony was trashed, bird poop, rusty bin, and cigarettes butts for decor. I challenge anyone to sit there. The toilet top stayed for 2 days with a shoe mark on the seat without being cleaned. Old dirty towel in the shower had the same fate. The kitchen was the only clean area. When i expressed this to Icaria he didnt took it seriously, and when i left the commun area after check out and room was cleaned, none of the things has been taken care of, so all the things above stayed unclean. And they kept the same blanket for the next guess without wash. Thankfully i got a refund from airbnb
