Mi experiencia en el hospedaje con el Sr. Carlos fue terrible. El apartamento se encontraba sucio; las sábanas de la cama tenían pelos y manchas blancas, la nevera estaba sucia y tenía restos de comida y recipientes vacíos. El baño también estaba sucio. Muy amablemente me comuniqué con el Sr. Carlos para solicitarle que enviara a alguien a limpiar, y me hizo esperar desde las 9:00 a.m. hasta las 5:00 p.m. para decirme que no iría nadie a hacer la limpieza. Le mostré mi inconformidad y el Sr. fue bastante grosero, diciendo que yo venía de Canadá y que lo que esperaba era un hotel de 5 estrellas. Además, me dijo que yo podía hacer la limpieza del apartamento. Definitivamente, me pareció una falta de respeto total y solicité la devolución de mi dinero, a lo cual Airbnb me lo hizo inmediatamente.

The apartment itself is very comfortable. The location is great, with so many options for food. I particularly liked the view of the eucalyptus trees from the balcony, but for me the best thing about this apartment is that it had many different appliances for cooking! A lot of airbnbs will only have small pot, pan and spatula maybe.. yours feels like it was actually lived in before, and that makes it a lot more comfortable. If I could make any recommendations, it would be to repair the oven so it is usable. Also after I arrived, I had an allergic reaction to something in the house, so my girlfriend and I gave everything a deep clean and then I was fine. Overall we really enjoyed your apartment. It was very comfortable, great location and silent from the noise of San Antonio. The only reason that I changed to another accommodation this month is that in comparison to other apartments in the region, yours is a lot more expensive. Thanks for the stay and hospitality!

Carlos was an amazing host with an amazing listing. Super responsive, and he went out of his way to send me pictures with arrows he drew of a map to tell me where every little thing is. Absolutely amazing apartment, feels very safe as theres a gate and security post in order to get in. The people in the building are wonderful and friendly as well. Thank you for everything Carlos!

El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación, pues esta cerca de agradables cafés y restaurantes. Además, el apartamento es un lugar agradable, bonito, tranquilo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea una buena experiencia. El lugar es ideal para descansar, contemplar la vista de los árboles, disfrutar del sol de la tarde, realizar actividad física, trabajar y escribir. Allí son bienvenidas las mascotas y se puede acceder fácilmente a diferentes domicilios (mercado, medicamentos, alimentos preparados, taxi, etc.). El anfitrión es amable y responde rápidamente a cualquier solicitud.

Excelente apto tiene todo lo necesario, el lugar es muy tranquilo, comodo y se respira mucha naturaleza y el anfritión siempre muy pendiente.
