Lovingly restored architectural gem historic home, artist owned, with very high ceilings, original ottoman domes and arches and authentic finishes. Designer lighting and all the comforts of a modern home, including central air conditioning and double-pane windows. The home has three spacious bedrooms, three authentic Moroccan plaster full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and a balcony. Comes fully furnished, with original artwork, fine linens, high quality tableware and handmade pottery. Enter the residence through a private gate, into a private patio garden, complete with culinary herbs and a lemon tree and a seating area. The patio also includes a safety room (mamad) – a rare finding in Old Jaffa. The main floor: spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, dining area, a home office, a sea view balcony, three bedrooms with floor to ceiling closet space, and three full bathrooms. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and a smart TV. The patio also leads to an ancient limestone room (“the cave”), an exceptional space for contemplation, meditation, yoga, reading, or hosting. The home is equipped with 2 city bikes for you to enjoy on the many bike trails nearby, and beach equipment (chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels). - Please note that the availability of the bikes and beach equipment may vary and is subject to prior use or maintenance. We had a wonderful week in Old Yafo thanks to Tamir and this spectacular home. Old Yafo has been a favorite place of ours for a long time and we were delighted to stay in such a beautifully designed space that reflected the old but offered all of the new comforts one would want. We really appreciated his helping us secure a few important groceries before shabbat started and checking in with us during our stay.
Tamir was a warm and professional host who was at the property to greet me when I arrived and talked me through everything I needed to know. The apartment is stunning and beautifully appointed with everything you could need for a perfect stay - it's equipped more like a full-time family residence than a holiday home with a well-equipped kitchen and appliances, and stacks of extra linen and towels for a longer stay. Jaffa is the gem of this part of the coast, with its beautiful old town, funky bars, restaurants and delis and views out to the sea. We were here for work and stayed two and a half months and could not have been more comfortable. It was lovely to take a break and watch the sun set over the Mediterranean from the little balcony. Tamir arranged further cleaning during the time we were there and was always contactable and helpful. Thank you for allowing us to have this home from home in lovely Jaffa.
I’ve been in a lot of Airbnb’s during the years but I never met someone so caring like Tamir. From the first massage till the end of the trip. The apartment was above our expectations. Simply the best. Highly highly recommended.

This ancient gem was beautiful and sparkling clean. Tamir went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with essentials and surprising us with fresh coffee for the cappuccino maker. With its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it provided the perfect blend of history and comfort. The home is surrounded by museums, art galleries and jewelry shops. This experience truly deserves a five-star rating.
