absolutely beautiful location! place was super clean, great walking distance from dubais center. the room was very peaceful, cozy and warm. host was very attentive to details and always send assistance whenever required. definitely booking again soon!!

Pros: Plenty of onsite security. To get into the apartment complex, an individual must have a garage and an apartment pass card. The apartment was provided with a global versatile power adaptor. Finally, this apartment is literally across the street from Dubai Mall. Cons: No face towels, dish towel or dish detergent were provided. The master bathroom had mold on the walls and both bathroom shower curtains also had mold. No dryer in the apartment, only a drying rack. No phone to make local calls. No list of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, or sites provided. Moldy smell coming from the bathroom near the dining room. The master bathroom had a small leak around the tub faucet, which could be seen on the bedroom wall. Bathroom light bulb was not replace. The cold water comes out hot. Tub drain was broken and maintenance was sent over. He indicated the leak, drain, and cold water had to be repair by a subcontractor. Those repairs did not happen during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Ines’. The apartment, location and the hospitality was absolutely spot on. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in a quaint neighbourhood whilst staying in the middle of Dubai downtown.
