The house was okay, we was 8 of as , the pool not satisfied at all to deep for the little ones, the house manager appeared without any notice, and pleased her self in the house without asking for permission, and she ask for extra 150 euro as deposit, nowhere on the Airbnb site ask for extra money . And the last day she came ask from 8 people to b ready and go out of the door 09:00 impossible, because she wanted to clean the house, impossible, we left at 11:00 hours as we had time leave the premises.

I would happily recommend this stunning villa. Our group was comprised of two families with small kids and we all greatly enjoyed our visit. The place was well looked after, very clean and very welcoming. The host was very good at communicating and we appreciated the welcoming basket of fruit and bottle of wine. The kids greatly enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden. When we arrived, I was surprised to find that it was only the upstairs bedrooms that were air-conditioned and that the living room and downstairs bedrooms were not. I should not have worried. Even though we were in the middle of a heat wave with temperatures over 40 C, the house was naturally cool and a simple fan was enough to make the rooms pleasant. There is a beach right in front of the house, but is not ideal for kids as it is too rocky. Kalo nero beach is a 7min walk from the house and it's much better. Extended sandy beaches are a short drive away at Sunny and Kakovatos. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Kalo Nero. The house was great and had everything we needed. The property is very well maintained both inside and out, with a lovely garden and pool area. There are beautiful sea views and sunsets (the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house). We were warmly welcomed by the owner's friend, Sabin, who made us feel right at home, made great recommendations in terms of restaurants and activities and was also quick to respond to any question. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer!
