By far, my best airbnb stay! A perfect spot to reconnect with nature and disconnect from the hustle of work and life. Ethan and his wife made sure we’re able to relax. The food was amazing, and the cansi was the best we've ever had! The view of the forest was the perfect accompaniment.

The A-frame cabin is tucked away in the mountains of Patag, Silay, which tells you three things: 1. it’s secluded & peaceful, a place where you can immerse yourself in nature, 2. the weather is cool all day, downright cold at night, & 3. the trip there is scenic; from the vast sugarcane plantations to the lush mountains with overlooking views of Neg Occ. Now what it does not tell you is that Patag has so many hidden gems; from rivers and waterfalls, to caves, to a hidden chapel, scenic hikes, farms, resorts & cafés, you’ll be left torn between sharing it with the whole world & keeping this relatively secret wonder to yourself. Ethan, Hannah and their team were so warm and attentive to us throughout our stay. The cabin is beautiful, packed with many thoughtful touches: a smores kit, a heated outdoor tub, a balcony shaded by huge trees, spacious bathroom, & a wall that opens up the cabin to the great outdoors. This trip is surely the 1st of many. I would recommend this in a heartbeat!

Ethan and Hannah were very responsive and accommodating. They went out of their way to accommodate us of our needs. Feels like you’re part of their family! Even Lola, their huggable German Shepherd would accommodate and approach us. The place is very peaceful and serene. The pool has cold water and Ethan and Hannah even made fire beside the pool to give us heat. The Bathtub is a winner as well, dipping in hot water during a cold weather is for the books! Also need to emphasize their beautiful CR, love the tiles and how they decorated the place. All in all, would definitely come back!

It’s my 2nd time to stay at A Cabin and it feels like home. If you want the feeling of being away from the busy city and away from the stress of work, this is the perfect place to go. Ethan is very hospitable, very accommodating and very helpful. The 4 of us really enjoyed the cabin, the pool and the bath tub. Also, we meet lola again and she is very playful and nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. looking forward to go back again. Thank you sir ethan and family for the warm welcome 🥰
