The apartment is as great as shown, very convenient location. Loannis is a superb host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Pleasant 5 night stay in late June. Ioannis' place was honestly a big part of what we enjoyed about Cyprus. The location was great, walkable to many tasty restaurants, convenience shops, easy to access, 2 elevators. Impressed with the effectiveness of the central air conditioning/thermostat inside of the apartment, apartment cooled beyond our chilly expectations. Plenty of clean towels and linens. Attentive host. The large smart TV was great for evening entertainment, sofa/sectional large and comfortable. Ioannis' rental Smart Car was easy to park, inexpensive, and allowed us the freedom to explore the island. Glad we researched the best place to stay in Cyprus. Nicosia, while there isn't much to see or do in town, is a great hub for many of the most interesting cultural destinations on the island. Ioannis' apartment was a great home base. Lightblocking curtains in the bedroom are good but allow bleed through sun from the sides/top in the morning.

This is a great place, in a great location, tastefully decorated and with great AC. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm back in Nicosia.

Amazing apartment! Everything is new and clean and the apartment has everything you need,the beds were perfect, we were very sad to leave:) Loannis is a wonderful host and helped us with whatever we neede:)
