We personally check each apartment to make sure it is presented at the highest standard ensuring you will get a comfortable stay, whether you book a 1 bedroom apartment or a Sub-Penthouse. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped and all basics provided, you only need to bring your suitcase. Savour the serenity of this quiet Sub-Penthouse apartment with amazing city and Harbour views. Soak up the morning sun on the west-facing balcony. There is plenty of room for everyone, with 3 double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has quality Miele appliances. Enjoy a Netflix movie on the 65” Smart TV. Fast, free Wi-Fi will keep you connected 24/7. Make use of the internal laundry, there for your convenience. You will have access to the pool and gym as well as two free, secure undercover car parks. Excellent location, just minutes on the free tram will bring you to the new commercial centre of Melbourne. The sub-penthouse collection is situated on the top two levels of the building. Some have views over the City and others have views of Port Phillip Bay. This apartment is ideal for larger groups. Standard occupancy allows for 6 people, with an optional 2 guests that can be accommodated by using the double sofabed or single folding beds.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great views, close to public transport and stadium. Only a short walk along the river to restaurants, DFO & Casino. Checking in and out was a breeze and communication was 5 star. We will be recommending and we will be back.

My elderly parents live in Docklands so we were looking for somewhere close to them with pleasant surroundings for multiple catch-ups and a Mothers' Day dinner. This apartment has amazing views from every window, is in one of the quietest parts of Dockland and is across the road from the tram stop into the city. It is managed by Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments who meet you with the keys, show you to your car park and assist you to your apartment. Ashley was very approachable and contactable and texted in to check that all was going well. It's not a very large kitchen so our Mother's Day lasagne cooking was a bit cramped although normally I wouldn't be cooking but heading out to all the amazing places to eat in the city. (If I'd been organised I would've had a lasagne delivered from Carlton). Otherwise there are all the things you need for simple dining. It was a very comfortable apartment and we had a great time staying here. Thanks so much for hosting us.
