Disfrutamos cada segundo en el departamento. La vista fue lo mejor del viaje. Volver a casa y disfrutar de esa vista nos hizo sentir un placer enorme. La calidad de los muebles y todo lo que había en el departamento fue increíble, cuidan el detalle y el lujo de la estadía

This listing and others of "his" are fraudulent as they use some of the same photos. The address given upon payment was not the address they told me to go after I arrived. I was told to pick up a key at a restaurant, then go to a different address and NOT tell the doormen that I am going to my Airbnb. They told me NOT to tell neighbors who may ask if I'm Airbnb user. The place reeked of foul odors. The toilet seats were dirty. Floors had hair and were dusty. I MMS-ed videos to owner, then to his assistant. The assistant told me to send videos to cleaning lady. Cleaning lady instructed me to go buy cleaning products she needed. Wow! I called Airbnb to complain. Owner called me and threatened me with ominous statement, "you don't know who you're dealing with." I felt unsafe because door would not latch nor lock properly from inside. The only thing keeping it shut but not locked was the pull over latch. I left after one hour, never bringing luggage into premises. "Owner" refused refund.

Good communication prior to arrival. instructions to get the key/fob was easy. Apartment was on the 25th floor. View was beyond amazing: Brooklyn Bridge and East River views were pretty day and night. Location was near the Seaport, 911 Memorial, museums, and cruises to Statue of Liberty and Ellus Island. We will return very soon and try to book this again.
