Cozy private room in nice neighborhood available for a minimum 5-night stay / discount applied for a 30-day stay. It has 1 queen size bed and shared bathroom. Just a few miles from most anywhere you'd like to shop as well as any kind of food you can imagine. I have friendly pets, a small terrier and 2 cats who share my home with me. My home was built in the 1940’s, a three bedroom, 1 bath, Living Room, Dining area, Kitchen and clothes washing area. Original hardwood floors and large bedrooms. We are close to Downtown Marshall, 3 minute drive (20-30 minute walk). Close to grocery stores, restaurants, hospital, and down the road from our Marshall Mall. Just a few miles from most anywhere you'd like to shop as well as any kind of food you can imagine and a movie theater. A 30 minute or so drive to Shreveport Louisiana and all its attractions.

Nice lady that lives alone with her small dog and two cats. The dog is friendly and quiet. Very clean house, you wouldn’t know animals live there. Came and went as I pleased easily. No problems would stay again.
Great neighborhood. A beautiful, little, old house with a cool vibe. The host was sweet, and accommodating. Her pets are super sweet, and friendly. But, if you don’t dig animals as much as I do, you can always just shut the door to the bedroom. The room feels very private with the door shut. Great price, too!
The hostess is amazing! Everything was as expressed online and in the great reviews. I felt right at home. No distractions. It was clean and quite. Soo much better than staying in a hotel!! She made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. We are 30 minutes walking distance from several places, park, downtown, the mall, hospital, convenience stores, flower shop and some fast food restaurants. We are 20 minute drive from Longview and one hour from Tyler Zoo. 30-40 minutes from Shreveport if you are interested in gambling or shopping at the Boardwalk. 30 mins from Jefferson for antiquing, and Lake of the Pines for our famous Piney Woods. We also have East Texas Baptist University and Wiley College within 2 miles from us.

I am renting out my spare room for 5-night minimum stay, if you stay for a shorter period, no refund for the unused nights. Discount applied on 30 days. A bit about me: I raised my 2 children in Marshall, TX and now they're out on their own. I live in my beautiful home with my 3 cats and 1 dog. I love sharing my guest room. I use one of my other bedrooms as my stained glass art studio. Marshall, TX has become my home and I love it here.
