Apartment was easy to find, clean and really spacious. Loved the balcony and the kitchen area, the beds were comfortable, the shower was terrific. Kity was a great host, checked us in no problem and was always on hand to help if needed. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby and the area was very quiet, but also it was super easy to get to the beach or the more popular parts of town — the best of both worlds. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to visit Barcelona.
It is a nice apartment near the metro station Besós. It was pleasant to drink a cup of coffee on a balcony with nice view. There is a supermarket, some small shops and cafe near the building. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The host met us, gave some useful recommendations.
Appartement fidèle à la description et très pratique car proche de la ligne de métro 4 qui dessert beaucoup de lieux touristiques dans Barcelone. Quelques points sur le logement sont plutôt négatifs : - une fenêtre non protégée au 7 ème étage avec un lit juste en dessous (risque qu'un enfant passe par la fenêtre), nous avons laissé la fenêtre et le volet fermé tout le séjour et interdit la chambre aux enfants ! - odeur de canalisation la nuit surtout qui est assez désagréable mais l'odeur diminue la journée - odeur un peu désagréable du côté de la colonne de vide entre l'immeuble qui est un peu désagréable et ne donne pas trop envie d'ouvrir la fenêtre ! - quelques marques de cigarette sur un cadre et sur la table basse qui ne sont pas très agréable à la vue mais ne gênant pas l'usage ! Sinon l'appartement est agréable, sécurisé, calme, proche d'une route mais bien isolé en termes de bruit extérieur. Un peu cher quand même mais très pratique ! Echange court et efficace avec kity.
Bellissimo appartamento, dotato di tutto, la Metro per spostarsi è a pochi minuti dalla casa, Kity super disponibile anche perché il nostro arrivo è stato all’una di notte.
Todo correcto. La casa muy limpia y las estancias son tal y como aparecen en las fotos.
