Beautiful from the inside out. The decor makes you feel like home. Located near local attractions. Nikki is very responsive and helpful. Area is quiet. Parking is a bit tricky. Pool is a great touch but wasn’t too warm for April weather but I would stay here again b/c the house was amazing and comfy.

there were a few glitches with Internet, drippy faucets, sticky door, but Niki was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, clean, and spacious. The pool was well-kept, and we appreciated that it was heated. The neighbors were also friendly. Having more than one television on the property would be nice to give visitors options. Window coverings are needed in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom for privacy. There was only one unexpected occurrence. When we checked in, we encountered the housekeeper; I believe she was finishing laundry. That was surprising because I did not expect anyone to be inside the house. It took us a little while to figure out who she was and why she was there because none of us spoke Spanish.

Since I had read other reviews, and also had cousins that lived nearby --I would say the address that is given is misleading. The primary address given is not for the specific place you rent. But it did have the correct address day of check-in. It is within walking distance for the park that has a paved walking trail to the edge of the Quarter and seemed safe to travel. Don't miss the By-Water Bakery--2 blocks away and also Elizabeths--just a bit further walk.
