It was also important to us, for our dogs to have a big yard for them to play. When we completely renovated the house from the inside and I truly mean completely, I wanted to keep something from the old design so we both agreed on the ceiling (in the living room) which gives a cozy cabin feel. Cozy feel of a cabin and a modern feel of a house.
