We spent a week at Nicolas’ home with our family during winter festivities. Placed on the sunny side of the valley, embraced by idyllic surroundings with a wonderful view on Les Diablerets mountain, the place is perfect for those seeking peace and connection with nature. The house is a true alpine chalet: mountain style with chic touches (decorative copper pots mixed with tribal art), blessed with spacious rooms (considering it is an ancient, traditional mountain house). The rustic beauty and amenities require a guest with a hint of spirit of adaptation and looking for a genuine alpine experience. The guys who welcomed us and gave us all instructions were extremely helpful and corteous, being available for help and tips at any time. On new year’s eve it snowed 30 cm and the next morning the road had already been cleaned, so all was easy for the cars. It has been a pleasure, would recommend this house for nature’s lovers seeking peace with a good book in front of the fireplace.
