Check-In: Super easy and efficient with good communication from the host. BNB: As advertised in the photos. The BNB was spotless and very clean. Enjoyed the thoughtful additional amenities - touch sensitive lamps with built-in USB charging and very comfortable bedding. Location: Ideal if you need to be situated close to Strong Memorial Hospital or the University of Rochester. Walking distance to Collegetown where there are a number of restaurants. You're a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Rochester. Communication: The host was quick to respond to any requests and checked in on us to make sure everything was alright. Overall, the BNB was excellent and would stay again!

The place was immaculate, so clean and bedrooms are much cozier than the pictures give credit for! We felt right at home. It was extremely comfortable and the host was actively responding to my recommendations for food which did NOT disappoint! The room fans, streaming connectivity, touch lamps, and outlets everywhere just added to the convenience. A wine and cider local spot is a 4 minute walk and the owners were so lovely, it just added to the experience. So did the Adirondack chairs out back in the little garden! We sat out there each night with a local wine, deciphering dinner plans. And then they left us a basket of snacks, all eclipse related of course, since that was the purpose of our trip. It was not part of the cost and was just an added perk which we appreciated: certified eclipse glasses and all! Also the cleanup requirements were super minimal, in my experience Airbnb-ing.

Very nice place and very easy communication with the host. We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back!
