We had a great time staying in this rental. The outdoor private space is great for evening socializing. There is a lot of construction happening right next door and in general in Tulum, so be prepared for a lot of noise as peaceful as the place may seem.

Daniels place was our absolute favorite air bnb in Mexico! The photos don’t even do the magic of this place Justice. It was a luxury to have 2 private outdoor spaces - one that was covered from the sun and another where it was just the opposite! The sunrises from the private roof were jaw dropping. The area is peaceful and had some incredible places to eat and walk around. It was an added bonus that there was a concierge to greet us and carry our bags! The beds were super comfortable, and it was a bonus that the rooms had their own air conditioning settings. Very impressive. I can’t recommend his place enough!

Stayed for three days arrived in the late afternoon. Check-in was fairly easy entering codes into automatic locks. The place is on the third floor so walk up a bunch of stairs and you enter a nice, two bedroom penthouse condo. Unfortunately the Internet did not work when we arrived, and it got eventually fixed after 24 hours be aware that your cell phone will have very little signal there so you cannot use that as an option.. in addition, there is construction next-door, so be aware that during that. Until the building is finished, you will hear noise all day long. Place is clean and comfortable air-conditioning works bring your own boombox because the one supplied does not work overall a nice place. Make sure you have transport to get to the main areas of town and the beach.
