Situated just off the lively State Street in Newburyport, you'll find an array of charming eateries and boutiques right at your doorstep. Savor delectable seafood at Brine Oyster Bar, indulge in a morning cup of joe from the Coffee Factory, pop by for an acai bowl and organic options at Nu Kitchen, or just stock up on essentials for your trip at Richdales convenience store. A leisurely walk takes you to the picturesque waterfront, where you can unwind and soak in the views. Rent a kayak or take a whale watch charter off the boardwalk!
With a short 15-minute drive, you can reach Plum Island (we highly recommend the Sunset Club for casual eats, drinks and unbelievable sunsets over the marsh!), Salisbury Beach, and Hampton Beach for an abundance of adventures. As for parking, we offer 3 on-site parking on a first-come, first-served basis behind the building. Overnight parking is available on the street between 6 PM and 8 AM. Should you require extra overnight parking options, consider nearby streets like Tremont or Pond Street. Additionally, budget-friendly municipal garages are conveniently accessible for your convenience.

Behind the building we offer 3 compact car parking spaces on a first come- first serve basis. Off street parking is limited. Overnight parking is available on the street between 6 PM and 8 AM, otherwise 2 hour is enforced. Should you require extra overnight parking options, consider nearby streets like Tremont or Pond Street. Additionally, budget-friendly municipal garages are conveniently accessible for your convenience. Additionally we have a VIP parking space available upon reservation for a fee of $100 per night. This space is directly out front of the building. There is both a back and front access to the property for guests convenience from parked cars.
