It is positioned on the edge of the range with sweeping views across the valley. This is the perfect stay for guests visiting for weddings, on business, holidays, a stopover in Toowoomba or for the iconic Toowoomba Carnival of flowers. The home is on the edge of Toowoomba, just a 10 minute drive to shopping and cafés, restaurants, roof-top bars and our famous parks and gardens. The home is located in a quiet, family friendly street that is known for its ‘skyline’ views. Guests can enjoy a seperate access to the lower level of the home which is completely ‘locked off’ from the top level for 100% privacy. You will have your own patio that opens out onto gardens and lawn with views across the valley. The spacious interior has been freshly painted with new carpet. It is filled with natural light and original artwork. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, new beautiful linen and air-conditioning. It has its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed with plenty of cupboard space. It has access to a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also a second toilet. The space has a pool table, fully self-contained kitchen, dining room and lounge room with TV and fast WIFI. Guests are welcome to enjoy a continental breakfast (cereals, milk) and pod coffee machine. Strictly no smoking.
