Just wanted to say THANK YOU sooo much Cal!! Your place was really nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed and your private, quiet location was perfect for my business trip. I was able to relax after a long day of meetings and get work done easily at night. Lots of room to do a in room morning workout. Nice big clean washroom with great shower! I have to come back to California in 2 months and will be staying here again! Highly recommend this place to stay at. Also, a special thank you for accommodating me and having extra pillows already in the room when I arrived. These helped me raise my leg up above my heart to keep swelling down after flying from Canada for so many hours. Cal was awesome, gave easy clear instructions and made my stay at Cal's great. Lots of places to go out to eat within walking distance and beautiful safe neighborhood to walk around in. I actually prefer this place to an expensive hotel and will be back again soon. Thanks Cal!

This is a lovely roomy studio in a convenient location. Cal is a caring person and he responds quickly for question or request you might have. I enjoyed staying here!

This was very comfortable for a short stay! I appreciated the amenities: the tea and coffee selection (there is a Keurig and not the tea kettle pictured), extra blankets, a rolling A/C unit, and - extra helpful for out-of-town visitors like myself - a mirror that shows the weather! I arrived at night and struggled a bit getting inside in the dark, but found Cal and Doug to be responsive and helpful. As other visitors have said, read those instructions and you can be more self sufficient than I was!
