Andrea was a great host and responded quickly. We stayed for about 2 months and had no issues. The neighborhood is cute. The only issues I have were the backyard was not appealing whatsoever, the beds weren’t very comfortable, and the price was a little much for the location. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

What a wonderful stay! This place is even nicer than the pictures! Sooooo clean and really beautifully decorated. Loved that the place actually had cable- a rarity in airbnbs these days. Wifi was fast, tvs were huge, and the washer and dryer was AWESOME. I only used the king sized bed but it was incredibly comfortable- even the linens are top notch in this place! The best thing about this home is the quiet, peaceful neighborhood that manages to feel secluded while also being super close to the interstate and a million dining and shopping options. Aundrea is a gem of a host- I had an issue finding the key for the door to the backyard and she was super proactive and responsive about helping me. If you are traveling to the golden isles/st simons this place is the perfect respite to relax and decompress. Can't wait to stay again!

Aundrea responded quickly to have the electrical issues fixed. It might be a good idea for her to do an inspection of the house on her own to become aware of the issues still to be addressed. We cut our stay short.

I liked the way Aundrea communicated! She was very responsive, helpful, and understandable. However, even tough the home had some un functional beds she was very accesible and got into an agreement! Definitely she is a very nice Host that cares about her clients!

Aundrea was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. I really appreciated the private office space and fast wifi as I needed to work remotely the week we were there. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware etc. Smart TVs in all bedrooms was really nice. The home was very clean. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, and lots of cute ducks make their home there which is fun. It was a convenient location for us to stay to visit with local family prior to a wedding in the area. I felt safe and comfortable there. There isn't any usable outdoor space, which was fine for us especially as it wasn't great weather that week but it would have been extra nice if the backyard was able to be utilized. It is fenced in so would be fine for a pet to have a quick safe pee but not sodded.
