The house is located right next to the George Mitchell Natural Preserve where you can access the trail from the backyard! The cozy backyard has a fireplace and a fire pit for your occasions. There is also a screen-in porch with a swing for you to watch the birds fly by. The house offers 2 en-suite rooms with master bedroom downstairs. the house is beautiful in a great neighborhood. everything was easy to use, two coffee makers, TVs, washing machine and dryer. the rooms are also simple with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had a lot of spices which was great, but a tea pot would have made a great addition.
Great location and great host! This house is in a quiet neighborhood but within minutes of great restaurants and shopping! The host was very quick to respond to the few random questions we had. We would definitely go back!
Amazing host, quick to respond, kind and accommodating. There was a water main issue in the neighborhood, no fault of the host, but his communication and accommodation were his shining qualities.

The neighborhood is surrounded by the Woodlands reserve. Though only a neighborhood park or "tot lot" Trace Creek Park does feature a sand Volleyball Court. Trace Creek Park also features plenty of picnic tables and barbeque pits as well as a nice open grassy area for a great picnic spot or birthday party.
Trace Creek is a truly unique village in The Woodlands. It's less than 10 mins away from the Woodlands Mall and Grand Parkway. It has been said that is is the prettiest of all the village subdivisions. Upon entry you are greeted with a park that features play equipment that appeals to younger children and a separate area with swings and slides, volleyball nets and equipment geared to attract the more adventurous older child. There is a place for everyone. A great place for neighborhood community events and time with family and friends.
