The house sits on a corner lot, with a deck and covered side porch in the front yard, with the fire pit sitting down in the yard. The driveway will easily hold 3 cars without the need to jockey them around. The side/ back yard is where the kayaks and paddles are kept, kayaks not able to be used by guest currently, the deck box holds the camping chairs for around the fire pit.
