You deserve it! Come, relax and enjoy nature by the beach in your own private escape. The Harbor Heron is approximately 1960 plus square feet sitting on a very rustic setting. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Perfect for a family or two with the parents staying in the two master bedrooms and the children staying in the very large TV/ game room. The second yellow door by the parking lot has a level entry. Once you get thru that door there are 2 steps to get onto the main house. There is no other stairs inside the main house. This door leads into the kid's bedroom with a twin bunk bed a full size middle bed, another kid's bunk bed and a baby crib with windows that offer wonderful bay and marina view. This room also has a washer and dryer, closet, storage cabinets and a utility sink. This room also has a giant 86-inch TV so kids bring your favorite video game console and games to play. As you turn left toward the hall there is a full size bathroom with a standing shower. Also across the bathroom are more cabinet storages. Continue on you will encounter the second entrance door on the left and the well-equipped kitchen with a dining room set with seating for 7. There are 2 additional stools underneath the kitchen island. The kitchen is facing a wood fireplace and a large glass sliding door looking out to a large deck with gorgeous bay and marina view. To the right is the living room furnished with a large classic sofa and chairs. Behind the dinning room table there are 2 very large bedrooms with king size beds and both bedrooms have their own closets. Both bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a bathtub. The herons are nesting from April thru July so you will see and hear their presence only during this time frame. TOT 4626N Please note there is no large gathering allowed at the Harbor Heron. Maximum of 8 guests and no extra guests allowed without owner's prior consent. ***Absolutely no party is allowed. *** Free Wi-fi and YouTube TV. *** 1 night stay may be available when there is only 1 night open on the calendar on that particular week or weekend. Please inquire with the owners prior to booking. *** Well-behaved dogs weighing 50 pounds or less negotiable with a $100 pet fee per pet per stay. If you are bringing an additional pet there is an additional $75 pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets. Must let the owner know before or after booking the types of pets and how many you are planning to bring. **** Security cameras are on all the exterior entrances/doors of the house for your safety. Also do not bring more guests than what you booked without prior owner's permission. If more guests are staying in the house without being included in the booking, double guests fee will be charged. *** Sorry no outdoor grill of any kind is provided since we don't want to disturb the nesting herons. However, you may bring your own electric or gas grill if you like to do some outdoor grilling. Sorry no charcoal bbq please. *** Due to the nature setting of the Harbor Heron, guests will hear the sounds of wildlife during the day especially during mating season between April to early August when the blue herons and the egrets build their nests and tend to their babies. At night, it is usually quiet but sometimes the wildlife and birds can be loud even at night. Wild turkeys and deer frequent the property early each morning to munch on the grass. Please respect the birds and nature and do not disturb their nests and only observe from afar. The yards are intentionally left with piles of tree branches that fell off over the year. They serve as refuges for the wild life. We try to keep them away from view as much as possible. Sorry for the fake flowers and plants that are planted in pots.
