We were looking for a base for our vacation in the Sacramento area and Erica's place was perfect! It was central to everything . . . about 20 minutes to go kayaking, 20 minutes to go rail biking, and 20 minutes to go the Capitol from her place. It's also about an hour to go white water rafting and about 1 hr 20 min to the Soda Springs area where we went snow shoeing. The place is just as described. It is very clean and has all the amenities listed. Our kids enjoyed the yard and the foosball table. Some of our family needed wifi to do work for the week and there were desks and strong wifi which all worked out great. The beds were comfy, the kitchen worked well to cook meals, and the water pressure was great. We also discovered some delicious restaurants in the area. Good restaurants and grocery stores were only about 5-10 minutes away. Everything was very convenient. Erica was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. Thanks Erica and family!

Erica was very responsive! We raised our family in Carmichael (20 years) and were very familiar with the location. We were visiting our family in Carmichael (3 grandson boys under the age of 3) and were attracted to the California Backyard of family friendly experience! Erica was a delight and truly wants your vacation experience to be smooth! Erica is placing outside patio furniture and grill to enhance your visit!!! We will place Erica on our annual vacation Airbnb MUST! Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to every freeway entrance! You will not be disappointed! Thank You Erica -for this beautiful find!

We stayed here for only a weekend away, to have a small getaway. It was perfect. The house is really nice, and made to feel like home. Our 4yr old daughter really loved the backyard, which made our small vacation so much better. The host, Erica, was really helpful and responded quickly to anything I asked. There was even a coffee machine, with coffee pods ready for me when we got there. :-) As well as everything else we needed. Looking forward to staying there again. Feels like we found a great place, that's perfect for what we need. Thanks Erica!
