Fredrico was an excellent site manager- he stayed in contact with me during my travel day and ensured he arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Met us in person to show us the unique parts of the property and share instructions on key usage, vintage elevator operation, and a secret spot for excellent photos 😎 stocked the same brand of coffee I use regularly, gave a great unpretentious bottle of wine, and allowed us to use all sorts of expendable necessities. Super cool guy and excellent first friend in Rome.

Federico met me to give me the keys and everything was better than expected. His home is an amazing. Make you have sometime at checkin so you can go to roof and check out the views.

We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer. This was our second place to stay in Rome, we should have booked here for our whole stay! Federico was very friendly and kind. He allowed us to check -in early and even gave us an early tour. The apartments view and surroundings were unreal and went above our expectations! Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here at this place! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. The apartment was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for our comfort. Fed even provided some delightful local treats that were a lovely touch!Communication with Fed was seamless throughout our entire stay. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time here .One thing that stood out to us was the extra effort Fed put into ensuring we felt at home. Whether it was the cozy bedding, the well-stocked kitchen, or the charming decor, toilet every aspect of the space reflected their genuine hospitality.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better Airbnb experience. We highly recommend

Beautiful location and apartment. There are a couple things that need updated such as the pillows and the shower drain but other than that, the place was perfect! We were met upon check in even though we were late due to an event at the Colosseum.
