truly a horrible experience from start to end! was provided instructions to check-in at their office of the same condo. proceeded to the room provided and was shocked to find a shoebox unit no larger then 2 single beds! i initially thought this might have been a mistake and i headed back to their office. it was only then did they revealed that they had overbooked and no other rooms avail! the only option i was given was to take pay for a cab to another condo under their management. this was “The Chambers” unit #17-02. the unit seem fine at first glance, but then i discovered the smelly toilet, the disgustingly oily floors, and the fake aircon unit. it would only output hotair, and would stop doing so after 15 mins regardless of all settings tried. all i was left with was a lousy fan to cool the entire unit. i have used airbnb on multiple occasions and never encountered such a situation. i booked a luxury duplex unit was somehow ended up a suana unit in the middle of nowhere!!
Its was a terrible.. they give me a different house with a very bad smell coming out from the toilet and dirty sofa and when i asked them to give mz the house that i booked they said its full so when i wanted to cancel and refund me my money she said do it from your end 😅 be careful guys she may be scam
