对我来说房子非常完美！Ivan的接待也是让人感觉很温暖。仿佛住在自己在旧金山家中一般。如果再来旧金山的话应该还会选择这里。

I had a wonderful stay at Ivan & Wendy's place in the mission. Their place was lovely and perfectly located. It is just a short walk to Dolores Park, or tons of transit options to get anywhere in the city.
This was the 3rd time we stayed in San Francisco Mission District. Again we had a great time. Ivan and Wendy and in their absence their friend took great care of us. Very quickly responding, always good advice, very flexible with check in and out which is important if you fly intercontinental. Their home has a very warm and gentle atmosphere which fully reflects their open, gentle and helpful attitude. We can fully recommend to stay. Great location in Mission District so close to Dolores Parc where you can sit on the grass (with a blanket) enjoying the San Francisco skyline with all the other people of San Francisco. Walking up to Twin Peaks and through Mission. Also easy to be reached as we drove to Napa, Sonoma, Sacramento and Monterrey. Very good stay. Great thanks to Ivan and Wendy. All the best

步行10分钟即可轻松愉快地到达第16街/Mission BART站，周围有MUNI路线，因此可轻松前往旧金山国际机场（ SFO ）、联合广场（ Union Square ）、莫斯科中心（ Moscone Center ）、市场街（ Market Street ）、渡轮大厦（ Ferry Building ）、金门公园（ Golden Gate Park ）、AT&T公园（ AT&T Park ）......无处不在！
我们的街区非常适合骑自行车：公寓，巴伦西亚街和第17街均设有专用自行车道，巴伦西亚街拐角处有一个自行车共享站。 我们都是狂热的骑手，热衷于分享这座城市的骑行秘密。（相信我们：在前往金门公园（ Golden Gate Park ）之前，您想了解威格尔（ Wiggle ）。）
101和280号高速公路也在附近，但我们街区的停车位很难。（您无需开车即可参观旧金山，但如果您有车，距离Mission-Bartlett停车场仅3个街区，每天约30美元。）

Ivan is a publisher of a book for 4 year olds. (Look for "Four is a little, Four is a LOT" or "fourlosophy".) Wendy is an elementary school teacher. And Milo is a 25 pound mutt. (Terrier...? Chihuahua...? Pinscher...? Perhaps. Sweet...? Charming...? Adorable...? Absolutely!) We've hosted continuously since 2009 - the year Airbnb née "AirBedAndBreakfast" began! We love our home, our hometown, and our neighborhood, and we look forward to sharing them with you. We'll happily make dining recommendations, share insider sight-seeing ideas, and hopefully help you have a great visit.
