Advantages: 1. The room was simple yet clean. 2. The host was very nice and friendly. Really a plus factor for me. They even lent us utensils, plates, etc. 3. The place has plenty of trees and plants. Nice to look at! Relaxing to the eyes. 4. There is a playground for kids. Disadvantages: 1. The tv was old model with only an antenna and the channels were very limited. No internet connection, no cable tv. 2. The room was a bit expensive compared to other rooms/condos for rent in a much nearby area. 3. The venue is also rented by groups conducting seminars, so when we stayed there the other guests were noisy, they were up and chanting until the 3am. 4. Since there were plenty of guests, the parking space was a little bit limited. All in all, the place was okay! :)
