It is ideally located at a 100m altitude, 2 minutes by car from the busy center of Kissamos town, being the one of only a few houses at Kounoupitsa hill. Entering the house you will find a spacious open plan area. The kitchen of the house is very modern and fully equipped with coffee makers (Nespresso and filter coffee), boiler, sandwich maker, big refrigerator and dish washer. A stylish dining area that comfortably seats 8, a living area with comfortable and stylish sofa and armchairs, and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix service complete a welcoming area for all family or friends. The doors and windows of the living area provide light and a cool breeze even in Summer time, as well as uninterrupted views of the surroundings! The house offers 3 sunny and airy bedrooms, all with A/C, comfortable mattresses and all with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. On the ground floor you will also find an extra room with a large desktop and a PC available for gaming. That room can easily accommodate 2 young children using the sofa-bed available. We can also provide, free of charge and upon request: a baby cot (0-2 years old), a high chair and a Playstation 5.
