Lovely stylish property very close to restaurants and transportation. Super clean with quality furnishings. We wanted for nothing. Parking was also easy. If you like a high pressure shower, you'll love this one!!
What a fantastic apartment. It has everything you need, is close to public transport, good restaurants & St Kilda beach, and if you need parking for your own/hire car it is available close by. Julie and Lee are great hosts and very responsive and helpful to messages.

Wir waren im Februar 2024 zwei Wochen in Melbourne in der Wohnung von Julie und Lee. Mit der schönen Einrichtung, sehr guten Ausstattung und außergewöhnlichen Gepflegtheit haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch die großzügig Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und mit Sonnen- und Schattenbereichen ideal für das wechselhafte Wetter in Melbourne. Und sie ist eine kleine private Oase in der lebendigen Umgebung. Die Nähe zum Meer einerseits und die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ermöglichte uns eine gute Mischung aus entspannten Strandtagen und Trips in die verschiedenen Viertel der Stadt. Abends kann man fußläufig sehr unkompliziert Essen gehen, israelisch, thailändisch, französisch etc., etwas als Take-away mitnehmen und zu Hauses essen oder mit der Straßenbahn ins Fitzroy Viertel fahren wo es vielfältige innovative Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Melbourne, die Wohnung hatte einen großen Anteil daran. Vielen Dank an Julie und Lee!
This is a wonderful apartment, clean, tastefully arranged, and in a perfect location for exploring St. Kilda. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

St Kilda is home to many of Melbourne's best attractions. The seaside pad is a short walk to the famous St Kilda beach, Albert Park lake, Fitzroy & Acland Streets, Luna Park, Palais Theatre, public transport/SkyBus as well as amazing cafes, markets, bars, pubs and cake shops.
Trams routes: 96, 16, 3a
All above tram routes stop directly outside the front door of the apartment.
Train: Sandringham Line – closest stations are Balaclava and Windsor.
To travel on any public transport in and around Melbourne and Greater Melbourne you will need to purchase a 'myki' card. Easiest places to grab a 'myki' card are ticket offices at premium train stations, 7eleven stores and various retailers.
The Airport Sky Bus St Kilda pickup and drop off point is a 10 minute (750 meters) walk to the apartment.
Car share is also an option - Uber or Shebah.
There is plenty of on-street parking however a plethora of parking restrictions apply so read signs VERY carefully as the council enforce strict compliance of these signs.
