We offer a family welcome and a space designed to slow down and regenerate. There are three double bedrooms (with private bathrooms) and a shared kitchen and dining room. Free street parking (closed and with little traffic). Internal parking for bicycles with tools for maintenance. In the courtyard (accessible) there is a magnificent old tree. In 150 meters, through the adjacent park, you can reach bakeries, bars, tobacconists and public transport. The accommodation is located in an old stone house recently renovated: on the front the quiet of the church square and on the back the hills and a monumental tree in the courtyard. Each room has its own peculiarity, all of them have a well-kept bathroom with a large shower. The "chamber of poetry", refined and elegant, overlooks the calm of the town square. The "tree room" offers a view of our centuries-old tree directly from the bed and has a comfortable outdoor terrace facing the hills. The "fire room" is equipped with a fireplace and has direct access to the courtyard and the panorama of the tree. Kitchen and living room are available to guests.

Mein Freund und ich sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die charmante italienische Unterkunft und die fabelhaft ausgestatteten Zimmer haben uns sofort begeistert. Melania und ihr Partner waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir überdacht gesichert abstellen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Siamo stati quasi una settimana con la nostra cagnolina. Semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Enrico e Melania due splendide persone, con un’aggiunta di professionalità e spiritualità per le energie positive. Un posto perfetto per ricaricare l’anima, il cuore, la mente e il corpo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questa splendida abitazione, perché avevamo un matrimonio nella zona. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa splendida, il giardino interno tranquillo, la posizione in centro alla città veramente funzionale. Consiglio di fermarsi anche un intero weekend per fare visita ai dintorni friulani immersi nel verde. Grazie di tutto! ☀️

Enrico e Melania sono persone splendide, gentili e molto ospitali, sembra di essere da amici di lunga data. L’alloggio è molto bello ed è al centro del Paese, pulito e confortevole, lo raccomando.

We are near the village square, a quiet place on a dead-end and little-frequented road. Parking is free along the street in front of the structure.
The square overlooks a park through which you reach the main road after 150 meters where you can find bars, bakeries/pastry shops, tobacconists, a bank and a bus stop.
The train station is 800 meters away.
At the back of the building there is a large courtyard accessible to guests.
