My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The Lakeview was beautiful. The house was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a great place for a family from young to old this is the place. Tons of space and close to Detroit Lakes. The swimming beach and access to kayaks and a paddle boat would be great for the summer months. The lake was clear and the shoreline was sandy. The only downfall was the train tracks close to the home. At times it seemed like the train traffic was louder than other times. We would highly recommend this place and we hope to be able to stay here again especially during the summer season. Thank you!

The house size and yard size fit perfectly for our family. The house was clean and ready for us. The trains running close by bothered only a couple of us during the night, but most of the family did not hear the trains go by. There was plenty of seating and space for our whole family. We had a great time.

We spent Thanksgiving with our family here. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and even enough to get away when needed. We hiked at Tamarac a couple of days and enjoyed the quiet area.

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your home. Your home was exactly as you advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. And we were able to make family dinners every night. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. The temperatures were in the low 80s. Thanks again, Lisa R
