Collette's place is exactly in the photos. It was a bit confusing for me to find the lockbox but I got it. Pros: spacious place, full kitchen, coffee machine, feel like a 2bedroom apartment, very clean and lots of light eventhough it was in the basement. Cons: I can hear the noise from upstairs and the noise of footsteps/running upstair were disturbing when I was asleep, regardless og daytime or after midnight. The noise was a bit loud to wake me up. i think she is fixing her house upstair which caused lots of noise [heavy footsteps] other than that, I would stay here again if I am in town.

Great place, very clean, quite area. About 10 mins driving from LIRR train that takes you to Manhattan and connect to the subway system. If you’re driving, it’s convenient to many places and there is parking in front of the house. Great place to stay

Collette’s place was as pictured, very cozy and comfortable. It had all the essentials and was well furnished. It is also located in a safe and convenient neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would be a returning customer when in NYC.

Mrs. Collette was amazing! Very helpful and responsive. Mrs.Collette was very understanding too. My flight had gotten delayed and I was stranded but with her kindness and thoughtful attitude she let me stay past check out to figure out my flight situation. I will definitely come back to NY and will also rebook with Mrs.Collette.
