Overall, the place was great and served it's purpose for my stay. I was visiting a friend who lives in Tampa and spent most of my time at his place, I really only needed this rental for a place to sleep at night. The home was neat and clean for the most part, as described. My only negative was my bathroom not being as clean as I would have hoped for. I found noticeable hair on the bathroom shower floor, as well as one of the sinks. I also noticed toothpaste splatter on the faucet of the bathroom sinks as well, which is an easy clean up job. These are small details that I noticed, maybe just because I'm a very clean person in general. The shower curtain liner was slightly discolored which is probably due to the water, but I would recommend that get replaced every so often for your guests. Checking in and out was very easy, and Ahmad communicated very quickly and efficiently when needed. I give this stay a 4/5 starts for the reasons mentioned above, but overall a solid place.
