The location was perfect and the bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms appeared to be clean. However we discovered someone had left their dirty underwear in the washing machine, or at least I’m assuming it was dirty because it smelled. I don’t understand how the housekeepers didn’t notice the large, adult mens boxier briefs in the washer since the lid was open. We also had to wash every plate and piece of cookware before using them because each piece we pulled out was dirty and had smears and dried food still caked on. The code given to us would not work on the front door so we had to call the after hours number and speak to a worker who did finally reset the code but it took several minutes to get them to answer the phone. This was frustrating as was the necessity of first going to the real estate office to pick up the welcome pack and then having to return them once we left the rental. Remote check-in would have been exponentially more efficient.

Very beautiful place!! Walked right out the balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable! Definitely recommended!!
