Having the sound of the babbling river was the best thing ever! This cabin is rustic with all the modern add-ons, so perfect for us. The porch was the place to be. We had great weather so didn't make a fire. We got good wifi reception with our AT&T phones, so no TV was not an issue! Bed upstairs was really comfortable and the chair in the reading nook was great for naps. We were able to access all sorts of adventures, hikes, etc. from this area. Our experience was delightful and David gave great information ahead of time with good directions. A+!

The cabin by the river is amazing! It’s beautiful and peaceful there and I had a wonderful mini retreat. I enjoyed being able to hear the water indoors, it made for a good night’s sleep! The little reading nook was my favorite place indoors as well as sitting at the kitchen table watching the river go by and listening to the birds. Everything was as described and clean, and I had everything I needed to stay for a few days. I definitely will go back again sometime!

David is a very professional host. He presented lots of extra details. But the real winner is the log cabin with its gorgeous view of the creek. We sat in the chairs you see in his pictures and felt like we were literally perched right over the rushing waters. We will definitely make a point of returning .........OFTEN.
