The room is really small and the house is underground, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. In contrast, the bathroom and kitchen are comfortable and the position is perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk from the old town. Vaiva is always reactive and ready to help with everything. Considering the price, it's definitely a nice option.

Good value for money. Very well placed and less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Unfortunately, the bed was horrible: you could feel the springs, and my back hurt throughout the stay. Also, the accommodation is at cellar level, the hall is dilapidated, which is a nasty surprise. There are old open tins rotting in the kitchen. The bathroom is fine, and the tumble dryer very practical. I would recommend for students or young travellers. And rather small so as not to suffer from the bedding.

I stayed in Vaiva’s apartment for 1 month. Everything was great and matched my expectations: perfect location (very close to Solaris and Viru shopping malls, 3 mins walk to Estonia bus stop and 10 mins to Old Town), clean room with comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary equipment, bathroom with warm floor, washing machine and dryer. I worked remotely and didn’t face any issues with wi-fi connection so I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a budget stay in the city centre.
