Bright upstairs unit renovated 5/2023; NEW carpet, paint, furniture, linens, 55” TV and hybrid mattresses in both bedrooms. Full kitchen + Keurig coffee maker, 2 full bathrooms, W/D in unit. CMU campus across the street. Large grocery store, fast casual foods, coffee shop, microbrewery and Ale House; all within 2 blocks St. Mary's Hospital and numerous medical facilities within 5 blocks. 10 minute drive to Lunch Loop MTB trails. Hosts are local family, not corporate management.

Great stay in Grand Junction! Clean and spacious while centrally located made this the perfect place to rest after exploring the outdoors during the day. Would stay here again!

Geoff’s place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The coffee and creamer were very thoughtful additions! Loves the place and would definitely stay again. Only con I have is we only needed 2 nights, they would only rent for 3, so we stayed 2 but paid for 3.
Geoff's place is amazing! The location is walkable to CMU and the grocery. A perfect stay!
