We weren't in Greensboro long but while we were there we were very comfortable at Katie's place! Very welcoming and the beds were so comfortable! Everything was exactly as described in the description. Couldn't ask for more :)

Nice location for colleges & coliseum, quiet building, lots of stairs

Katie was always responsive, thoughtful and kind. The building and grounds are unique. The energy from the colleges was nice too. And, you're only minutes aways from most that Greensboro has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay.
