The stay was nice overall. Some of the best parts were the hot tub, wildlife surroundings, and quiet cabin. This is a place I would consider staying again due to its good proximity to town and the major roadway. The bed was also very comfortable. The one down fall of the place was lack of cleaning and sanitation when it came to the kitchen. The fridge was full of leftover food items. Including an open pack of raw bacon in the freezer. Another down fall was every dish in the cabinet was dirty, either have access leftover soap or food left on it. Also the bottom shelf in the cabinets on the ground floor had specs of black mold on them. I would still consider staying again but I hope the cleanliness of the place improves in these areas. Ken was very proactive about his instructions for the stay.

We had a great time even with the snow storm. We walked around the neighborhood every day. Peaceful and a perfect little get away if you're looking to get out of the city for a few days. The hot tub was a great addition and that bean bag chair was so comfortable that I'm going to have to find one for home now haha. It was super helpful that it was dog friendly and loved using the waffle maker for breakfast! Thanks!
