Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity The appealing and comfortable facility extends over two floors. Spend many, relaxing ones Hours in the tastefully furnished with sunbathed rooms that offer both privacy and space for sociable evenings.

We’ve just spent a wonderful family vacation week at this beautiful brand new property ! The whole property is perfectly situated within only a few mins walking distance to the beach and just a perfect 20 mins by foot to near Vodice. The house itself is perfectly furnished at the highest imaginable standards of fulfillment and quality and you just cannot miss anything you might need anywhere indoor as well as outdoor. Every imaginable detail of living has been considered and regarded when the house has been furnished giving it a cozy feeling all around. Also we highly appreciate the kindness of the owner Mrs. Pavlovic and the whole support we’ve found there, thank you for the most wonderful time and feel like a home we have had at your house ! Highly commended !

You live only a few hundred meters from the next very fine gravel beach. The nice thing about the beaches in Srima is that they are in a quiet surroundings, where you can still swim and sunbathe off the crowded beaches.
You can swim a round in the crystal -clear water.
The business of daily needs are 200m in the immediate vicinity as well as restaurants and cafés.
The small town of Vodice is 1.7 km removed, which you can easily reach by bike or a nice walk along the beach promenade.
