We had an awesome stay! The kids loved the led light details. We loved that the bedrooms were on separate sides of the unit. The community was beautiful, well maintained, safe and very peaceful. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. It was also very clean and inviting. We visited the beach in La Porte, Kemah Boardwalk, and downtown Houston and they were each an easy drive from the unit. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Nakeisha!

Pro’s: Nakisha was very pleasant and communicated with me with any question I had, responded very quickly. I have no complaints about her. The property looks EXACTLY how it does in the picture. Near the property is a Starbucks and right around the corner not even five minutes is a shopping center,target, etc. very convenient to the highway and downtown. Cons: I’m only listing the cons because we have to keep it real with these reviews. The first floor of the building did have a flood so there was no access to any of the amenities listed. (Was fixing while I was there). I would have liked to been notified about the situation prior to my arrival. The bathroom light did not work but maintenance was called to fix it. Nakisha did however compensate me for the inconvenience due to the flood. You also cannot pick the movie for the Theater room without prior permission and I don’t consider the building to be a high-rise. Wish there were some holiday decorations. My overall stay was great.

Great location just inside the 610 loop.. Starbucks walk-up/drive-thru location is just outside of the property gate. Spacious and clean with a great rec room, gym and dedicated cardio space. As a suggestion, maybe bring a rolling cart if you plan to shop/carry multiple items in as the garage parking is a bit of a walk from the unit..definitely manageable either way. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we need something in the area.
