This cozy cottage is nestled in a great centrally-located area. 0.7 Miles to the Fair Grounds & 2.1 Miles to the Cosmosphere with lots of Local Dining and Gas Stations nearby. Fully Furnished, Washer & Dryer, with WiFi and Smart TV Capabilities, Hulu and Disney Plus. The Loveseat in pics also is a Hideabed, leaving plenty of sleeping space. I live minutes away, so I'll be readily available if need be. off street covered parking, also a bonus! it sleeps up to 8 but is great for 1 or 2 as well! The main level consists of the living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. the other 3 rooms and laundry are in the basement.
