Welcome to our spacious and modern 2-bedroom apartment, featuring two king-size beds, each with its own TV, and a full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch TV, with a dining table for four nearby. The master bedroom has a tub and shower combo in the en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also has a tub in its own separate bathroom. The apartment complex offers a range of amenities for your convenience and enjoyment, including a fitness center, swimming pool, lounge, grill area, and study room. We invite you to stay with us and experience the cozy comfort of our 2-bedroom apartment. We stayed for over a week and this apartment was spacious and comfortable. The views of Houston are delightful. We loved walking to Hermann Park and visiting the zoo, museums and gardens. very convenient to the medical center.
Great, clean and tidy place super close to the medical center. Wish we could have stayed longer!
What a great stay! This place was homey, cozy, easily accessible and exactly what we needed for the 2 couples staying. We came in town for the rodeo and it was a quick 5 minute Uber ride to everywhere we needed to go. Close ride to Rice Village where we often went for food and shopping and even a walkable distance for the rodeo, if you’re up to a bit of a longer walk. Our biggest concern not being familiar with Houston was safety and this place was perfect. We never felt uneasy or unsafe at the location or at the surrounding areas. The directions from Ted were all extremely clear, we were never confused on check in or check out or anything additional he provided. Additionally, we asked if we could check in early and since the unit wasn’t clean yet, Ted let us pick up the keys early and store our bags while we explored. He was also very responsive very quickly over any questions we had. I highly recommend this comfortable, clean and homey spot!
This was such a great location, and the apartment was beautiful with lots of wonderful touches. Our family was comfortable, and felt right at home.
