Logement très bien placé dans le coeur de Nice, très bien équipé et valant son prix. Seul point à déplorer, la présence de nombreux poils et cheveux, que ce soit dans le lit, par terre ou encore dans la douche. Mais sinon, hôte très agréable et très bon séjour, je recommande.

If you're traveling alone, this is the best place for you. The room with its own toilet, shower area, kitchenette, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The location is near the beach area and is walkable. Will definitely book again this accommodation if I visit Nice again!

Marianne was a very kind and helpful host! The place is as described in the listing, one small room with a shower and your own toilet. I am 6'1" and around 220 lbs and I didn't have any issues moving around in the unit. The bed was comfortable and clean. All the cooking utensils that you usually need are provided. There is a small elevator to take you to the room. It is only a couple of minutes to groceries, restaurants, bakeries, the beach and buses or trams. I did not have any issues with noise as it was just your normal city neighborhood background. When I return to Nice I will likely stay at Marianne's again.
