Sam is a GREAT host. He's responsive, helpful, and very friendly. His place is just over a mile from 5th Avenue. It's clean and has many of the things you'd want in an Airbnb. I would definitely book with Sam again!

Great location to 5th Avenue, less than 2 miles. Loved the front sitting area with firepit and privacy bushes. Owner was great to communicate with. Bed super comfortable and was great that he had beach items for use (umbrella, chairs and towels. Would definitely stay again.

volvería sin lugar a dudas. Sam es un excelente anfitrión! resolvió todas nuestras dudas y solucionó los pequeños inconvenientes que surgieron (solo un cambio de baterías) Sinceramente un placer todo. El baño con su ducha de alta presión. La cama bien grande y cómoda. Todas las herramientas para cocinar. También los accesorios para la playa eran increíbles! muchas gracias Sam. impecable todo!!
