Beautiful apartment as described, very clean & well appointed with additional unexpected extras that’s made a difference if you forgot that all important toothbrush or shower gel. Joanna was extremely helpful & communication was great. Would definitely recommend & we will return. Thank you it was like home from home.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb left much to be desired. Despite being advertised as "premium," the reality fell far short of expectations. The listing boasted a king-size bed, yet what greeted us was anything but. Furthermore, the discrepancy between the beautiful, professionally shot photos on the Airbnb listing and the actual appearance of the place was stark. The reality was a far cry from the luxurious images presented online. The balcony, touted as a feature of the property, was a disappointment. Covered in mould and clearly neglected, it was far from the inviting outdoor space we had anticipated. Inside, the dim lighting made it difficult to see, rendering even simple tasks a challenge. The central heating system was needlessly complicated to operate. Overall, our experience was a letdown, and one that we would not recommend to others. The mismatch between the advertised luxury and the actual conditions of the property left us feeling disappointed and misled.
