This location is good in terms of things to do and my with my first couple of interactions, the owner was accommodative. But, the apartment is located facing the street side in a plaza by a mall. If you are a light or early sleeper, you will hear all the loud cars and kids making noise hanging-out. Unfortunately, my stay was disturb when I realize other that parties was entering the unit with a key without any notice to me as the tenant which is a safety concern. Additionally, the water was cutoff and the host did not relay any message before hand. Furthermore, the occupant upstairs this apartment has no regard for who is below them. There was excessive running and stomping (sound like someone doing back flips or kids jump of their couch.) Communication between me and the host was not good after I tried to reach him to figure out who is entering the property during my stay. Without any response I reach out to a realtor of the owner and the realtor claims not be aware of why the people were entering the property other then work that was being done outside the property. The host finally responded a day later. This also cause lot confusion for I like to keep stay exalt as I received it. Whatever has been tampered with, misplace, or broken at the properties that the host who is not readily available is not aware of, will try to pin on tenant.

Very cozy place and safe place to stay. Well decorated and in a great location. I'm glad I didn't opt to stay somewhere cheaper in Houston. Amenities were a great plus and made the trip that much better. Ian and Anja were very accommodating and responsive. The first night, I had a pretty uncomfortable twin air mattress as the wife and kid took the bed..I brought this up and was quickly resolved and there is now a new memory foam topper on it which made it very comfortable.

Ian was a wonderful host! This condo was the perfect size and location for my few months’ stay, and had everything I needed - especially during a year like 2020. It was clean, homey, and spacious. A fun bonus was the beautiful pool and hot tub at the complex!

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive to my needs and communicated perfectly.
